Sub-letting rental terms:

full security deposit ($1100.00) returned to lessee within thirty (30) days from end of rental period provided no damage to room or apartment, all rent is paid, and room is left "broom clean" upon departure.

Minimum of 30 DAYS' NOTICE REQUIRED to end the agreement for long-term rentals
references and background check required for applicants

House Rules

no illegal drugs or substance abuse of any kind,

smoke-free - smoking of ANY kind done outside the home

QUIET environment, especially during the work week - no loud noise after 10 PM on weekdays, or after 11:30 PM on weekends

RESPECT housemates' privacy and possessions - no touching of anything that is not yours including food without permission

house kept tidy - no personal items left in common rooms for long periods; daily organizing and weekly cleaning of common rooms shared by all occupants

boy/girlfriend overnight stays limited to three (3) or FEWER per week; we are looking for one occupant per bedroom, not two

communication - if there is a problem, politely inform housemate(s) of issue and try to resolve while treating each other respectfully

Ideal housemates/people for whom we are searching
mature, responsible working professionals or graduate students

respectful of others' privacy, time and possessions

have a life outside the apartment; work, school, gym, hobbies, etc. - the dynamic of this house works best when there is a balance
