Hi, I’m looking to fill the 2nd bedroom of my 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment on May 16, 2025. The bedroom has its own private entrance as well as private bathroom inside the room and is in a well-lit ideally located apartment near Central Square in... Cambridge.

About the room: The room is very spacious and has hardwood flooring, private bathroom, private entrance, spacious closet, built-in shelf, and door mirror. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, desk chair, and small table + lamp. There is ceiling lighting so there's no need for another lamp. There is a small fee to furnishings. Rent and utilities are split down the middle (your share of the rent is $1500, and utilities entail gas, electric, & internet).

About the apartment: The unit has hardwood flooring, a new washer and dryer, recessed lighting in the ceiling, modern stainless steel appliances, and a flame burning stove. We also have a sizeable basement storage exclusively for our unit. No pets allowed, no garage parking—only street parking.

About the location: The apartment is ideally located near Central Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Central Square bus and metro station is a short 10-minute walk. The metro is one stop from Harvard and MIT. The Union Square (green line) is also 8 minutes away. Also nearby is a Whole Foods market about 8 minutes away. 7/11 is on the corner about 2 minutes away and a small local Middle Eastern market is a 30-second walk. Also, there is an Amazon locker across the street about a minute away.

About Roommate: Your roommate is a very quiet, considerate post-doctoral fellow from Italy. He's very clean and is on campus 7 days a week. I'm looking for someone to take over my room while being very considerate of my super kind and cool and roommate. I want to emphasize the point about cleanliness as it is very important, especially at it relates to the common area (living room/kitchen).

First and last month will be due at the handover of the keys—no checks. Thank you.
