Seeking a female roommate to share a beautiful apartment 5-8 minutes’ walk from the #73 bus line that goes frequently to Harvard Square and - in the opposite direction - to McLean Hospital and the commuter rail into downtown Boston.

Rent: $1,200 per... month, plus 50/50 shared utilities, which come to around $100 per person per month. First month + 1 month's security deposit required with the landlord. The lease goes until this coming August 31st with the possibility of renewal.

This entire floor has two bedrooms. One is mine; the other bedroom (12’ x 12’) would be yours, and you would also have a lovely, private sunroom (8’ x 11.5’) for a great office, study, or little studio.
