* Safest nicest Boston neighborhood: a study found this neighborhood to be the safest metro area in all of the USA.

* What makes this house special are high ceilings (so no cramped feeling), polished wood everywhere, bright windows letting light in everywhere, only the best kitchen stuff (expensive wok, two refrigerators, 3 rice cookers, 4 French presses, conical burr coffee grinder, juicer, Cuisinart, Vitamix, water purifier, All-Clad pans), and a quiet safe neighborhood with trees.

Three rooms opening soon.

1) Single Room One, The Lion's Den, for May 1st. (the 3 pics after the internet speed pic) for just three months ending end of July (Harvard person returning to room on Aug 1st) for $1190, and

2) Single Room Two; 3rd. floor room (The Eagle's Nest, best view in house) available on June 1st. (the last 3 pics) also for $1190. Largest closet. Can rent for as long as you want.

Both private and quiet and very nice, fully furnished, with three sunny windows each, perfect. All Utilities are included. Free on-street parking, no permit needed.

3) Double-Room Three; available starting June 1st. Private and Quiet Large Double Room Suite (the Dragon's Lair) for $1490 single (or $1990 for a couple). These two attached rooms (one larger and one smaller) have large windows, hardwood floor, high ceiling, chandelier, and closet, fully furnished with a large table and desk, excellent new hybrid mattress, comfortable desk chairs, three recliners, large screen monitor, and Very Fast one-gig internet. The bathroom is conveniently beside this suite, as is the large kitchen, laundry room, and library - so it's like having your own large suite in a large house with high ceilings and large windows. Only one other bedroom on this 2nd floor. All Utilities are included.

* 15 min direct to Harvard Square/Red Line subway on the 73 Harvard bus (runs every 10 mins) and you always get a seat. 8 more minutes to MIT/Mass General/downtown Boston. Or one mile from the 504 Express Bus direct, no stops, to downtown Boston.

* Good place for good people!
