28th-floor Studio with Broad River View, MIT Housing (Site 4)

Enjoy the best living experience on campus:

- 28th-floor Penthouse Views: A long bridge stretching into downtown Boston, framed by a breathtaking sunrise, the Charles River flowing on one side, and a sweeping cityscape on the other.

- Smartly...
Designed Studio: This MIT housing was built in 2021, and since then, I have been living here and thoughtfully furnishing the room. Signature amenities include a 65-inch Sony TV (+ PS5), a bean bag sofa, a large Samsung Fridge that perfectly (and quietly) preserves food, and a 3D Printer supporting 25cm^3 objects. Large empty spaces are reserved for workouts or VR games.

- Convenient Location: Subway transportation, CVS, MIT Police, and MIT Medical are literally downstairs. A grocery store and scenic riverside walking/biking paths are right across the street.

- I will pay for the monthly cleaning service for you.

You probably can find a floor plan, or even 3D model of the room by google "mit site4 floor plan".
You must be an MIT affiliate ((visiting) students, faculty, scholars, staff)) to be eligible to rent the room. I currently only consider rentals for at least 25 days.
