Apartment Room Available in Back Bay

I have a room available in Back bay near the intersection of Marlborough St and Massachusetts Ave. You would have 2 other roommates.

DATES: You can move in as soon as you can, and lease will end August 31st, 2025.

DEMOGRAPHICS: Looking for a male... in their early 20s.

BEDROOM: The bedroom in the photos is the open you would live in, but it only includes a bed frame and a mattress. There is a closet in the room. The room has an AC unit in the window. The room also has a heater (which is included with rent).

BATHROOM: Bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate.

COMMON AREAS: The living room is furnished with couches, dining table and chairs, and a TV, and the kitchen is stocked with lots of cooking supplies.

TRANSPORTATION: Very close to Boylston green line stop and a bus stop on Mass Ave. No parking.

OTHER: The building has an elevator and safe mailroom. In unit laundry. No pets.

PAPERWORK: This sublet is approved by the landlord. Any potential subletter will have to submit an leasing application.

EXPENSES: Rent - $1517/mo; Electricity - approx $60/mo; Wifi - approx $25/mo
