You kind of can't believe how nice this apartment is . HUGE. This might seem silly to be the first thing you talk about -- but the closet space is incredible! Extra large coat closet when you enter, and tons of storage throughout + a dedicated... storage unit in the building common area AND two vertical bike racks included in the storage area. The kitchen, of course, is ultra high end with Bosch appliances, pendulum lighting, sleek modern cabinets and an overhung countertop from the island for bar stools. There is a sweet deck off the common area with outdoor lighting - and the study has windows that open onto the deck. The common area is very large with incredible light. On on side there is the study and deck, and on the other are the two bedrooms. The secondary bedroom is large with two double-door closets, and the primary bedroom is extra large with two separate semi-walk-in closets AND a double passthrough closet that you walk through to access the master bathroom. On top of that there is another deck off the primary bedroom. Laundry in unit (big, high end machines) and a wall hung Navian boiler for instant-on, high efficiency hot water. Heat and AC is by the latest heat pump technology and is also super efficient. For a nice touch the decks have outdoor lighting! About a 5 minute walk to the Gilman Square greenline stop and a little over a mile to Porter Square and a bit less than that to Union Square. Great area and an AMAZING apartment. Cats and dogs are negotiable.
